Yes. We spend most of our time defining the strategic career opportunity with the leadership team for successful alignment and onboarding. Once this phase is completed, we will tap into our bankable leaders’ network, make introductions, exchange business plans, commit and onboard within 90 days.
How do you help organizations implement AI and digital transformation?
We offer Digital AI Transformation Office services, including current state assessment, future role design, staged implementation, and leadership alignment—empowering your existing employees to partner in the transformation.
Why do you work in the investment advisory ecosystem?

What are your fees, and will you work on contingency?
We operate exclusively on a retained search model, with one-third of the first year’s base salary payable upfront to initiate consulting services. Contingency firms really act as candidate agents since they don’t get paid until they “place” a candidate with you. Our only exception is if we are marketing a strategic team to new prospective clients.
